Meet us at the Show

The team will be there over the two days to meet up with anyone looking to hold an event for up to 300 people in the heart of London, Marble Arch. 

After a catch-up with the team, to see how we can make your event exceptional, you can leave us your business card and be in with the chance of winning a 1-night stay for 2 at the Club including a 3-course meal in our restaurant with a delicious bottle of wine!  

Who will you meet at the show?

Natalia Lopez - Sales Co-Ordinator

Natalie join the Events Team at the VSC back in February. Although her time here hasn't been long she has already facilitated more than 30 events, ranging from small meetings all the way up to industry conferences including special guests such as HRH Princess Ann. Natalia has a strong eye for details and as such clients feel she treats every event as if it were her own.

Natalya Yerina - Sales Co-Ordinator

Our newest member of the Event Team and although relatively new to the industry Natalya has quickly proved she was a true natural when it came to working with clients to figure out their event requirements. Natalya is also very personable and full of energy which helps take a load off the shoulders of the planner as she is quick to help out where she can! 

Joanna Lunn - Sales and Marketing Manager

Jo's primary role is to proactively generate income from event and conference hire of the VSC’s space to support the Club’s charitable objectives. She joined the venue in 2018. Joanna has worked in events and hospitality for many years and her previous roles have included working as General Manager for Compass Group and Sales and Events Manager at Sydney Town Hall and Customs House, a heritage-listed venue in the centre of Sydney, Australia.
