The VSC is the perfect venue for your next conference or special event

We have seven event rooms with a capacity of 10-300, no matter what your event, we have the space to welcome you and your guests.

From conferences, meetings and exhibitions to drinks receptions, award ceremonies and weddings our events team are on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly right down to the very last detail.

The Old Reading Room is a practical room that can accommodate up to 35 delegates. Meetings and team briefings work well in this events space.

The Carisbrooke Hall is the largest event space and can accommodate up to 300 delegates. It is the ideal event room for conferences or exhibitions.
