We’re delighted to announce that the VSC has been awarded the President’s Trophy for Outstanding Food and Service, by the Craft Guild of Chefs.

The Craft Guild of Chefs was established in 1965 as a Guild of the Cookery and Food Association and has developed into the leading Chefs’ Association in the UK and has many members worldwide.

We were due to receive the award at a ceremony earlier this year, but due to Covid-19 restrictions the event was cancelled.

Mark Field Operations Director said  ‘The team and I are thrilled to be awarded the President’s Trophy for Outstanding  Food and Service. We dedicate a huge amount of time and effort into creating exceptional dishes for our Members and guests and ensuring we provide a high level of service at all times is part of our ethos.’
