As our Christmas parties and events are in full swing in our beautifully decorated venue, we thought we’d take a five-minute break to share some of the feedback our lovely clients have given us this year.
In the summer, we were delighted to be able to offer our clients fresh vegetables and herbs grown on our roof top garden, read more about our sustainable approach. Someone who enjoyed lunch with us commented that the food and service were good and that he enjoyed our contemporary, pleasant décor. Our kitchen team are passionate about fresh, sustainable produce cooked beautifully and we are proud to be able to serve it in charming surroundings.
We love welcoming first-time visitors and always hope that they will return for more of our trademark fine food and warm welcome. A delegate at a conference was impressed on his first visit. He attended a half-day event in the Carisbrooke Hall, which he thought was “super”. He loved the facilities, food and our comfy lounges.
Another Carisbrooke Hall user, who had booked our lovely airy space for an awards ceremony, commented that it was an amazing venue, giving great value for money. She appreciated our attention to detail, including the manned bar throughout her event, the fully-staffed cloakroom and the accessible registration area with welcome drinks. Naturally, the food prepared by our Executive Head Chef Paul Mattocks and his team went down very well.
A recent visitor called us “a hidden gem”, which we rather liked. Our building is large and imposing, built in the Edwardian era with no modern notions of “pared back” architecture. However, the delights waiting within are a wonderful surprise waiting to be unwrapped by those who book our rooms for meetings, conferences, parties, weddings and award ceremonies.
Our Sales and Events Team are buzzing after winning the Meetings Industry Association Team of the Year Award 2019. They are constantly striving to improve customer experience, often suggesting new creative ideas to raise their game even further. With an award-winning team in place, it’s no wonder that we receive excellent feedback, illustrating that all our valued clients receive the same excellent, thoughtful and meticulous service, whatever their requirements or needs.
